Biography Clara Isabel Mayorga, is a member of the board of directors of the Council for the Spanish Speaking, Inc., and sets on the governance committee. She has a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction and Administrative Leadership Supervision in Education from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a bachelor's in Secondary Mathematics Education. She is currently a home maker who has dedicated her time in volunteering in bilingual education. She is actively involved in her parish St. Michael's Catholic Church as a parent volunteer in the children's school.
